Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 23, 2026

At Custom Prints, all products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Custom Orders – No Refunds
   All custom printed, embroidered, engraved, or personalized items are final sale. We do not offer refunds on custom orders once they have been approved and entered into production.

Because each item is made to the customer’s specifications, we cannot restock or resell custom products.

2. Reprints for Production Errors
   We only offer reprints if the error was caused by Custom Prints. Examples of eligible issues include:

* Incorrect design printed from the approved proof
* Wrong garment color or item provided by our team
* Defective printing, embroidery, or production defects

If an error is determined to be our responsibility, we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

3. Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, sizes, colors, quantities, and details before production begins. Once a proof is approved, the order is considered finalized.

Custom Prints is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof, including spelling, placement, sizing, color choices, or design content.

4. Production & Final Sale Policy
   Production begins only after customer approval of artwork, proofs, or order details. Once production has started, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

5. Artwork & Design Fees
   All artwork, design, and setup fees are non-refundable once artwork work has begun. These fees cover time spent on design, revisions, file preparation, and proof creation, regardless of whether the order proceeds to full production.

6. Size Exchanges (Non-Printed Items Only)
   We may allow size exchanges for blank, non-decorated items only, provided that:

* The item is unworn and unused
* The exchange request is made within a reasonable timeframe
* The item is in original condition

Custom printed or decorated items are not eligible for size exchanges.

7. Customer-Provided Artwork & Files
   Customers assume full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and final appearance of all submitted artwork and files. We are not responsible for issues related to low-resolution images, incorrect file setup, or design choices approved by the customer.

8. Color & Print Variations
   Due to differences in screens, materials, and printing processes, slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur. These minor variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds or reprints.

9. Order Issues & Claims
   Any issues with an order must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To report an issue, customers must provide:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Clear photos of the product
