Welcome to Custom Prints. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any purchase or custom order.

  1. Nature of Custom Products
    Custom Prints provides custom printing, embroidery, engraving, and related services. All custom products are made to order based on customer-provided specifications, approvals, and submitted artwork. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all orders are subject to the policies outlined below.

  2. Quotes & Order Approval
    Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer, including artwork, quantities, garment type, and decoration method. Quotes are subject to change if order details are modified.

Orders are not considered finalized until all details, including artwork, sizes, colors, and quantities, are confirmed and approved by the customer.

  1. Proofs & Customer Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs and order details before providing approval. Approval confirms that all design elements, spelling, placement, colors, sizing, and quantities are correct.

Custom Prints is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof, including but not limited to spelling errors, design placement, color choices, or sizing selections.

  1. Artwork & Design Services
    Artwork, design, and setup services may incur an artwork fee. Once artwork or design work has begun, the artwork fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the order proceeds to production.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order after artwork has been completed but before production, the artwork fee will still be required for the work performed.

  1. Cancellations
    Cancellations are permitted before proof approval and before production has started. Once artwork has been approved and the order enters production, cancellations are not allowed.

If cancellation occurs after design work has begun, applicable artwork or design fees will still apply.

  1. Production & Turnaround Times
    Turnaround times vary depending on order size, customization requirements, material availability, production schedule, and current workload. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed completion dates.

Production begins only after customer approval of proofs, artwork, and order details. Delays in approval, changes to the order, or supply chain issues may affect completion times.

  1. Customer-Supplied Products
    Custom Prints may accept customer-supplied garments or items for decoration. By providing your own items, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, inconsistencies, or item quality

  • We are not liable for damage that may occur during the printing, embroidery, or production process

  • Replacement of customer-supplied items is not guaranteed in the event of production issues

Customers assume all risks associated with supplying their own products.

  1. User-Submitted Artwork & Intellectual Property
    Customers are solely responsible for the content they submit, including artwork, logos, text, and designs. By submitting files, the customer confirms they have the legal rights and permission to use the provided materials.

Custom Prints is not liable for copyright, trademark, or licensing violations related to customer-submitted content and does not verify ownership of submitted artwork.

  1. Color, Placement, and Material Variations
    Due to differences in screens, printing methods, fabrics, and materials, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, and final appearance may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds, returns, or reprints.

  2. Payments
    Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Orders may not enter production until required payments, approvals, and artwork confirmations are completed.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
    All custom orders are final sale once approved and in production. Custom Prints does not offer refunds on custom-made items.

Reprints are only provided if the error was caused by Custom Prints, such as incorrect printing from an approved proof or production defects. Issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Custom Prints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including delays, customer-provided errors, or issues related to submitted artwork or supplied products.

  2. Changes to Orders
    Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs, production delays, or the need for re-approval of proofs and artwork.

  3. Website Use
    By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site, submit unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of our services.

  4. Changes to Terms of Service
    Custom Prints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
