At Custom Prints, all orders are custom-made and produced based on customer specifications and approvals. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
    Production time and shipping time are separate. All items are made to order, and production begins only after artwork, proofs, and order details are fully approved by the customer.

Turnaround times vary depending on order size, customization requirements, material availability, and current production workload. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates.

  1. Order Processing & Production
    Orders will not enter production until:

  • Payment requirements are met

  • Artwork and proofs are approved

  • All order details are confirmed

Delays in approval, artwork revisions, or order changes may extend production timelines.

  1. Shipping Methods
    We ship orders using standard shipping carriers. Available shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout or provided during the quoting process.

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Custom Prints.

  1. Shipping Address Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Custom Prints is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

  1. Delivery Delays
    Custom Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain issues

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • High seasonal demand

  • Events outside of our control

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages
    Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Custom Prints is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims for lost or damaged shipments.

If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact us within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage limitations.
